So… a lot of you have been messaging me about a less intense workout for those just beginning to go to the gym… Here it is :)
Do 3 reps of the following:
- 3 minutes on the elliptical
- 5 pushups
- 12 situps (regular, right, and left)
- 10 jump squats
- 10 curl to presses, with 5 pound weights
- 40 second plank
