This workout kicked my ass. But it felt so good.

So… a lot of you have been messaging me about a less intense workout for those just beginning to go to the gym… Here it is :) 

Do 3 reps of the following: 

  • 3 minutes on the elliptical 
  • pushups 
  • 12 situps (regular, right, and left)
  • 10 jump squats
  • 10 curl to presses, with 5 pound weights
  • 40 second plank
